Here in the ‘Live Free or Die’ state, we understand the importance of individual freedom. Restoring, defending, and expanding our basic freedoms is a top priority for Representative Maggie Goodlander.
Like so many across New Hampshire, the fight for reproductive freedom is deeply personal for Representative Goodlander – she was almost 20 weeks pregnant when she and her husband Jake lost their son and struggled to access the healthcare they needed because of delays caused by the Dobbs decision. Representative Goodlander knows that nobody can live freely without control over their bodies and access to the reproductive health care they need. She is working with local and congressional partners to defend access to the full range of reproductive healthcare, including abortion, contraceptives, and IVF.
Representative Goodlander believes no one should be targeted because of who they love, how they identify, or the color of their skin. Representative Goodlander is a proud defender of voting rights in New Hampshire and knows that protecting the rule of law, defending our democracy, and upholding the balance of power is critical to the future of our state and our country.
She knows that democracy isn’t something you watch happen from the sidelines – it’s something you participate in.
