How can your office help me book a tour? Our team is happy to help you book a tour of the U.S. Capitol, Bureau of Engraving and Printing, FBI Headquarters, Library of Congress, Supreme Court, or White House.
How do tickets work? All tickets are provided to constituents on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the large number of visitors, please request them as early as possible in order to maximize your chances.
Obtaining a White House tour can be very difficult. It is very important to follow the guidelines below for your application to be considered.
**Please note that due to the construction of a new ballroom, the White House Visitors Office has notified congressional offices that public White House tours are currently paused and expected to resume at the end of September. As soon as White House tours resume, our office will resume booking them for you. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The following are policies determined by the White House for those requesting tours through Congressional Offices:
- Tours must be requested at least three months in advance.
- Tours are only available Tuesday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and Fridays and Saturdays, 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
